Store unreconstituted materials refrigerated (2–8°C). For long-term storage, freezing is recommended. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the recommended research timeframe.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth after opening. It is commonly used as a laboratory diluent for research compounds.

The appearance of lyophilised material can vary between batches. Some products may appear as a powder, while others may resemble a small cake or wafer. Colour, texture and shape can naturally vary without affecting quality.

Yes. Some research compounds dissolve almost instantly, while others may require additional time. Allow the vial to sit after adding diluent and gently swirl if required. Avoid shaking the vial.

Kisspeptin can occasionally form a gel-like consistency when reconstituted. This is a known characteristic of some peptide batches and does not necessarily indicate a quality issue. Some researchers choose to use a small amount of sterile acetic acid during reconstitution where appropriate for their research.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking information supplied. If you still require assistance, contact us and we'll gladly investigate with the carrier.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the parcel and photographs of the damaged item(s). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns once products have been dispatched unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
