Returns Policy
Australian Consumer Law
Where required under the ACL, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy if products are damaged, incorrect, missing or have a major fault.
Change of Mind
Lumea Labs does not provide change-of-mind refunds. Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened, used, tampered with or otherwise compromised.
Claims
Please contact Lumea Labs promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. Additional information may be requested.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Where an error has occurred on behalf of Lumea Labs, applicable original shipping costs will also be refunded where required
