Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following successful PayID payment confirmation. Orders placed outside business hours, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. These estimates commence once an order has been processed and dispatched and may vary due to circumstances outside Lumea Labs’ control.
Packaging
All orders are packed discreetly and securely.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided where available after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed to the delivery address provided, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. This does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged, Lumea Labs will assist in working with the shipping provider where reasonably possible.
